Enforme worked closely with the AAO to build a comprehensive state of the art clinical education portal in support of the Academy's vision of supporting lifelong learning in ophthalmology. The Ophthalmology News and Education Network features a single sign-on system, and other web services that integrate their cold-fusion-based main site and Personify AMS, with the Microsoft .Net education portal designed, developed, hosted and maintained by Enforme. Designed from the ground up to meet a wide range of organizational objectives, the portal includes: • A full complement of clinically-relevant content, including practice guidelines, news, courses, cases, educational videos, podcasts, conference proceedings, an image gallery, and more. • Self assessments with automated remediation and a comprehensive Learning Plan to support the Academy’s Lifelong Learning Intiiatives. • Online courseware that allows members to create custom curricula using Academy content • Personalization features that deliver subspecialty relevant content based on a user's Personify profile • Enhanced content tagging for targeted searches and clinically-relevant results
