The interpretation of electrocardiograms (ECGs) is critical to cardiologists in the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease. For the third edition of this teaching and assessment application, Enforme designed and programmed a "virtual caliper": an interactive measuring tool that allows students to directly measure parameters from ECGs displayed on the screen. ECGs are presented in the context of case studies, and each student interpretation is scored towards CME credits.
