Our easy-to-use Form Builder allows for the creation of unique job applications for each job opportunity. All jobs are automatically added to a filterable and searchable listing on your website for applicants to browse. They can click on any of the job opportunities and submit their application.

When you’re ready to review applications, job posters can view all of the submissions in one simple dashboard.

There are now two types of forms you can create through Form Builder, regular Forms and Smartdoc Forms. Smartdoc Forms create a Smartdoc using the data entered into the form. For example, if you wanted to allow users to submit meetings or events for posting on the website you could create a Smartdoc Form that creates a Calendar Event Smartdoc. The Smartdoc can automatically be posted on the website.

We have added more flexibility to existing n4m Page Access & Entitlements webpart so content can be restricted based on Roles, Groups, and now Products. This will allow content to be locked down to only users who have purchased these specific products.
