We’ve lost a great deal to the COVID-19 pandemic. Some of us have lost loved ones, some have suffered debilitating illness and some have lost livelihoods. All of us have had the well-established rhythms of our personal and professional lives abruptly altered. This has been especially true for those essential staff and healthcare providers who have labored tirelessly on the front lines of patient care.
At a different level, those of us in professional associations have been managing unprecedented challenges that will permanently change the ways we lead teams, how we educate and how we respond to the rapidly changing needs of our members.
