A great many lessons have emerged from the pandemic. In the context of organizational management, one of the most profound is the contrast between resilient organizations and those that have been unable to respond effectively to the crisis. What lies at the heart of the more adaptable and resilient organizations? I believe that at their core, adaptable organizations actively promote honest dialogue, value and cultivate diverse workforces, and actively support virtuous conflict. In essence, it's the difference between polycultures and monocultures.
