• A broad, flexible taxonomy allows the application of natural language search to locate key pathways, relevant to particular situations, and facilitates the re-use and analysis of content effectiveness.
• The most appropriate pathways are presented according to relevance, and graded on a simple green, yellow red criteria to help users work more efficiently.
